Zhejiang Zhongan Precision Co., Ltd.’s 2026 semi-annual equity distribution plan has been reviewed and approved by the shareholders’ meeting held on September 11, 2026. The equity distribution matters are now announced as follows:
The undistributed profits attributable to the parent company in the consolidated statement on the base date of this equity distribution were RMB 42,299,346.85, and the undistributed profits of the parent company were RMB 43,856,535.86. This equity distribution distributed a total of RMB 2,016,700 in cash dividends.

Based on the company's existing total share capital of 28,810,000 shares, RMB 0.7 in cash will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares.
- Tax deduction instructions
(1) According to the relevant regulations on finance and taxation, individual shareholders and investment funds are subject to the differentiated personal income tax policy on dividends.
