(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the fifth meeting of the sixth board of directors on September 11, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's By-Election of Independent Directors" and "Proposal on Convening the First Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting in 2026". The company held the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2026 on September 28, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Company's By-Election of Independent Directors". After deliberation at the shareholders' meeting, Mr. Sun Yinghui was officially elected as an independent director of the company's sixth board of directors, and also took over as a member of the strategic committee of the company's board of directors. His term will be from the date of review and approval by the shareholders' meeting to the expiration of the term of the company's sixth board of directors. At this point, Ms. Chi Lifeng's resignation report will take effect from the date of the election of a new independent director at this shareholders' meeting.
