/Inserting Beam Switching Gaps Between Beam Transmissions
Abstract

Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to inserting beam switching gaps between beam transmissions. A network equipment (NE) is configured to determine a number of empty symbols to insert between contiguous transmissions to a user equipment (UE) based on a subcarrier spacing, wherein the contiguous transmissions are scheduled on different beams; insert the determined number of empty symbols as a gap between the contiguous transmissions; and indicate the number of empty symbols to the UE.

What is claimed is:

Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to inserting beam switching gaps between beam transmissions.
