The second polymer compound includes an NVA polymer containing N-vinylacetamide as a monomer. The separator includes a base material, a positive-electrode-side coating layer on the positive electrode side of the base material, and a negative-electrode-side coating layer on the negative electrode side of the base material. The positive-electrode-side coating layer includes the first polymer compound. The negative-electrode-side coating layer includes the NVA polymer.
