An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a plurality of image sensors, one or more processors communicatively coupled to the plurality of image sensors, memory, comprising one or more storage media, storing one or more computer programs, wherein the one or more computer programs include computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors individually or collectively, cause the electronic device to obtain image frames output from each of the plurality of image sensors and time stamps for the respective image frames in response to a capturing start event, control a timing at which an image frame of at least one of the plurality of image sensors is output, based on the obtained time stamps, so as to control at least one of the plurality of image sensors to output subsequent image frames at one or more different time points, obtain information about a capturing environment of each of the image frames, determine respective exposure values of each of the plurality of image sensors, in response to a change in the information about the capturing environment of at least one of the image frames, so that two or more of the plurality of image sensors have different exposure values, and obtain image frames from the plurality of image sensors, based on the determined exposure values corresponding to the changed information about the photographing environment.
