A palletizing and transferring apparatus includes: a support plate; a first abutting member, arranged on the support plate and configured to abut against a first side of an object to be palletized; a second abutting member, movably arranged on the support plate and configured to abut against a second side of the object to be palletized; and a first power assembly, configured to drive the second abutting member to move so as to adjust spacing between the second abutting member and the first abutting member.
