Abstract

A hemostatic device is placeable on both right and left hands of a patient and includes a cover member configured to cover a puncture site and a pressing member connected to the cover member and configured to compress the puncture site. The cover member includes a layout display portion showing a placement example of the hemostatic device for the right and left hand of the patient, the pressing member and the layout display portion are positioned on a center line of a first band body included in the cover member. The layout display portion includes a first graphic portion showing a placement example of the device for the patient's right hand and a second graphic portion showing a placement example of the device for the patient's left hand, and the first and second graphic portions are arranged side by side in a longitudinal direction of the first band body.

What is claimed is:

A hemostatic device is placeable on both right and left hands of a patient and includes a cover member configured to cover a puncture site and a pressing member connected to the cover member and configured to compress the puncture site. The cover member includes a layout display portion showing a placement example of the hemostatic device for the right and left hand of the patient, the pressing member and the layout display portion are positioned on a center line of a first band body included in the cover member. The layout display portion includes a first graphic portion showing a placement example of the device for the patient's right hand and a second graphic portion showing a placement example of the device for the patient's left hand, and the first and second graphic portions are arranged side by side in a longitudinal direction of the first band body.
