Abstract

A communication control method according to an aspect is a communication control method in a mobile communication system. The communication control method includes transmitting, by a network node, a first message including a trained AI/ML model to a user equipment. The communication control method further includes acquiring, by the user equipment, position information indicating a position of the user equipment. The communication control method further includes inferring, by the user equipment, whether to execute the mobility operation from the position information by using the trained AI/ML model. The communication control method further includes performing, by the user equipment, executing the mobility operation and/or not executing the mobility operation based on whether to execute the mobility operation. Here, the mobility operation includes at least transmission of a measurement report.

What is claimed is:

A communication control method according to an aspect is a communication control method in a mobile communication system. The communication control method includes transmitting, by a network node, a first message including a trained AI/ML model to a user equipment. The communication control method further includes acquiring, by the user equipment, position information indicating a position of the user equipment. The communication control method further includes inferring, by the user equipment, whether to execute the mobility operation from the position information by using the trained AI/ML model. The communication control method further includes performing, by the user equipment, executing the mobility operation and/or not executing the mobility operation based on whether to execute the mobility operation. Here, the mobility operation includes at least transmission of a measurement report.
