One or more non-transitory computer readable storage media storing one or more computer programs including computer-executable instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of an electronic device individually or collectively, causes the electronic device to perform operations. The operations include identifying information associated with a received message comprising a plurality of items and a plurality of pieces of information respectively corresponding to the plurality of items; identifying status information of a user; identifying an output message which is generated based on the status information of the user and at least one piece of information of the plurality of pieces of information respectively corresponding to at least one item of the plurality of items; and generating a voice message corresponding to the output message.
