A laminating apparatus includes: a first holder; a second holder; an image recording portion; a lamination roller; and a drive source. A first roll is mountable on the first holder. The first roll is a first member that is wound into a roll. A second roll is mountable on the second holder. The second roll is a second member that is wound into a roll. The lamination roller is configured to laminate a first drawn-out portion on which the image recording portion has recorded an image and a second drawn-out portion together. The first drawn-out portion is a portion of the first member drawn out from the first roll. The second drawn-out portion is a portion of the second member drawn out from the second roll. The drive source is a single drive source configured to rotate both the second holder and the lamination roller.
