The guide wire protecting tube includes a small-diameter portion that forms the distal end of the guide wire protecting tube, and at least part of which is disposed inside the cutter portion, and the main body tube that is located on the proximal side with respect to the small-diameter portion, and at least part of which is disposed inside the drive shaft.
