A laminating apparatus includes: a first holder; a second holder; an image recording portion; a lamination roller; a conveying roller; and a drive source. A first roll is mountable on the first holder. A second roll is mountable on the second holder. The lamination roller is configured to laminate a first drawn-out portion on which the image recording portion has recorded an image and a second drawn-out portion together. The first drawn-out portion is a portion of a first member drawn out from the first roll. The second drawn-out portion is a portion of a second member drawn out from the second roll. The conveying roller is disposed at a position between the first holder and the image recording portion. The conveying roller is configured to convey the first drawn-out portion. The drive source is a single drive source configured to rotate both the first holder and the conveying roller.
