An engine hood control apparatus includes a sensor, a processor, and a lifting apparatus. The sensor is configured to obtain environment information. The processor is configured to: determine, based on the environment information, that a collision occurs between a pedestrian and a vehicle, and control the lifting apparatus to lift an engine hood of the vehicle when the pedestrian collides with the vehicle.

An engine hood control apparatus includes a sensor, a processor, and a lifting apparatus. The sensor is configured to obtain environment information.
