A utilization unit includes: a case; a partition plate dividing an interior of the case into a fan chamber and a heat exchange chamber; a fan and an electric component box in the fan chamber; a heat exchanger, a first sensor, and a first connector in the heat exchange chamber; and a first transmission line extending from the electric component box to the heat exchange chamber through a passage of the partition plate. The first sensor is configured to detect a refrigerant leak. The first connector is configured to connect the first transmission line and the first sensor.
