The battery according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a cathode; an anode spaced apart from the cathode; and a separator disposed between the cathode and the anode. The anode includes: a current-collecting layer including a metal material; an electrode layer which is spaced apart from the current-collecting layer and which includes a plurality of pores; and a buffer layer which is disposed between the current-collecting layer and the electrode layer and which includes a binder mixed with conductive carbon. The binder can include a compound having an elastic modulus.
