The interlayer includes an emission layer and an electron transport region, the emission layer includes a host and a dopant, the electron transport region is disposed between the emission layer and the second electrode and includes a first electron transport layer and a second electron transport layer, the first electron transport layer includes a first electron-transporting material, a lowest excitation triplet (T1) energy level of the first electron-transporting material is greater than a T1 energy level of the dopant in the emission layer, and the second electron transport layer includes a second electron-transporting material and a metal dopant.
