An optical coherence tomography apparatus includes an optical system, a storage unit, and a controller. The optical system allows an optical condition to be changed and acquires optical coherence tomography data of an object to be measured by scanning the object with measurement light. The storage unit stores in advance setting information for each scan region in the object to be measured, the setting information being information for setting an optical condition of the optical system so that image quality of an image formed based on the optical coherence tomography data becomes equal to or greater than a predetermined image quality level. The controller is configured to change an optical condition of the optical system based on the setting information, and to perform optical coherence tomography on the object to be measured, in accordance with the scan region of the measurement light in the object to be measured.
