The Therapeutic Oligonucleotide delivering compounds have an asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR) Binding Ligand bound to a Therapeutic Oligonucleotide through a Linker and a Cleavable Moiety for the delivery of the Therapeutic Oligonucleotide to the liver.
