This application provides a communication method, apparatus, and system, to improve reliability of a communication network. The method may be executed by a network data analytics function network element. The method includes: receiving a first request from a first network element, where the first request includes a first identifier of a target network element; and sending a first response to the first network element, where the first response includes analytics information of a message that is received by the target network element and/or analytics information of a message that is sent by the target network element.
