Abstract
An ankle arthroplasty implant having a body. The body includes a top surface opposite a bottom surface, a lateral surface opposite a medial surface, and a front end opposite a rear end. The implant also includes an extension extending upward from a central portion of the top surface of the body. The extension includes a rounded top portion separated from the top surface of the implant by a shaft. Also disclosed is an ankle arthroplasty kit that includes a plurality of tibial implants, plurality of poly bearing inserts for insertion into the tibial implant. The kit also includes various instrumentation, including a tibial alignment guide, a drill guide and a poly bearing insert inserter.

What is claimed is:
An ankle arthroplasty implant having a body. The body includes a top surface opposite a bottom surface, a lateral surface opposite a medial surface, and a front end opposite a rear end.
