Abstract
A terminal device may generate a buffer state report (BSR), where the BSR includes first information and second information. Further, the first information may indicate a buffered data amount of a logical channel group (LCG) and the buffered data amount of the LCG may be related to a data amount of system information in the LCG and a data amount of redundant information in the LCG. The terminal device may also report the BSR.

What is claimed is:
A terminal device may generate a buffer state report (BSR), where the BSR includes first information and second information. Further, the first information may indicate a buffered data amount of a logical channel group (LCG) and the buffered data amount of the LCG may be related to a data amount of system information in the LCG and a data amount of redundant information in the LCG. The terminal device may also report the BSR.
