Abstract
A halogen-substituted exatecan amide derivative, a preparation method therefor, and a use thereof are provided; the halogen-substituted exatecan amide derivative or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, stereoisomer, or prodrug thereof has good cancer cell inhibitory activity and activity across the cell membrane, and can be applied to the treatment of cancer as a single drug, a combined drug, or a toxin component of an ADC.
