The triggered DSR is cleared in a case that following case is satisfied: the DSR or DS information is carried in a media access control packet data unit (MAC PDU) or a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The first condition includes at least one of following: a delay of a PDU is less than a threshold or within the first threshold range; or a delay of a PDU is less than the threshold or within the first threshold range, and the PDU does not trigger the DSR information and/or report the DSR information.
