Including: receiving first configuration information by a first network device from a second network device, the first configuration information being used for data collection configuration; receiving first information and/or second information by the first network device from the second network device, the first information and the second information being related to data collection, the first information is at least used to generate a measurement configuration, and the second information is at least used to generate a data report configuration related to the measurement; and transmitting third information by the first network device to the second network device, the third information being at least used for suggestions and/or feedback of the data collection configuration given by the second network device.
