An apparatus includes an anchor for a post, the anchor to be attached to a walking surface; an outer body of the post, the outer body to be in contact with a cylindrical protrusion of the anchor, the cylindrical protrusion to extend upward from the walking surface; a rail to extend through an opening in a wall of the outer body; and a rod to extend through a hole in the rail, an end of the rod to be within the cylindrical protrusion.
