The multi-foldable electronic device includes a first housing including a first magnet assembly movable to a first position and a second position, a second housing foldably coupled to a first side of the first housing and including a second magnet assembly, a third housing foldably coupled to a second side of the first housing, a first hinge structure coupled between the first housing and the second housing, and a second hinge structure coupled between the first housing and the third housing, wherein when the angle between the first housing and the third housing is a first angle, the first magnet assembly is disposed at the first position, and when the angle between the first housing and the third housing is a second angle, the first magnet assembly moves to the second position, and the first magnet assembly and the second magnet assembly are disposed to face each other so as to have a substantially same polarity.
