A method of an electronic apparatus storing history information and communicating with an output device, a first device including a first microphone, and a second device including a second microphone, includes: obtaining first setting information based on the history information; transmitting, to the output device, the first setting information and information on a first target signal for testing; receiving, from the first device, information on a first measurement obtained by recording the information on the first target signal output from the output device; receiving, from the second device, information on a second measurement obtained by recording the information on the first target signal output from the output device; obtaining second setting information based on the information on the first measurement and the information on the second measurement; and transmitting, to the output device, the second setting information and information on a second target audio signal for a user.
