This application provides a topological graph transformation method includes: obtaining a first target center type and an original topological graph; determining a first target model based on the first target center type; transforming the original topological graph based on a first mapping relationship to obtain a first topological graph, where the first mapping relationship is constructed based on a relationship between an original model and the first target model, the original model is a topological model used for the original topological graph, and the first target model is a topological model used for the first topological graph; and outputting the first topological graph, where a first target central node in the first topological graph is an original edge node of the first target center type in the original topological graph.
