To provide an antitumor drug having an excellent therapeutic effect, which is excellent in terms of antitumor effect and safety. Provided is an anti-cadherin 17 antibody comprising a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, a drug conjugate thereof, and a composition containing the anti-cadherin 17 antibody or the drug conjugate thereof, and an application thereof as a drug.
