A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of sub-pixels, a plurality of thin film transistors disposed on the substrate, a planarization layer disposed on the plurality of thin film transistors, a plurality of connection electrodes disposed on the planarization layer, a bank disposed between the plurality of sub-pixels on the planarization layer, a plurality of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) disposed respectively in the plurality of sub-pixels and electrically connected respectively to the plurality of connection electrodes, and a touch sensing part disposed on the bank and the plurality of LEDs. The touch sensing part may include a plurality of driving electrodes extending in a first direction and a plurality of sensing electrodes extending in a second direction different from the first direction.
