A meat slicer includes a model and a blade set. The model has a placement cavity. Opposite side walls and a bottom of the placement cavity include blade grooves in one-to-one correspondence. The blade set includes a plurality of blades arranged side by side and at intervals. The blades can simultaneously insert into the blade grooves on the side walls. The blades travel downward into the blade grooves on the bottom to cut meat in the placement cavity. In case that the blade set travels downward to a position where a part of the blades abuts the model and cannot move further downward, cutting edges of another part of the blades are suspended in the blade grooves on the bottom.
