Abstract

A wearable apparatus, systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for controlling an electronic device are disclosed. The wearable apparatus is configured to be worn by a user and comprises one or more first sensors providing first sensor signals indicative of one or more first actions performed using one or more parts of the user's body, and one or more second sensors providing second sensor signals indicative of at least one of a motion, a position, or an orientation of one or more parts of the user's body. One or more processors detect an initiation and a termination of a specified action, and generate one or more first signals when the termination is detected within a threshold duration from the initiation, or generate one or more second signals based on the second sensor signals when the termination is not detected within the threshold duration, continuing until the termination is detected.
