The presently disclosed subject matter provides methods for identifying subjects that are responsive or non-responsive to certain adoptive cell therapies or compositions comprising the same. In addition, methods for identifying subjects that have an increased likelihood or a reduced likelihood to response to certain adoptive cell therapies or compositions comprising the same are also provided.
