/System And Method For Deterministic Generation And Adaptive Management Of Personalized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Care Plan
Abstract

The present invention relates to a system and method for deterministic generation and adaptive management of a personalized pelvic floor physical therapy care plan. The system comprises an input module, a deterministic scoring module, an assignment module, a risk determination module, a care plan generation module, an outcome collection module, and a feedback module. The input module includes receiving patient-specific clinical data, including responses to a plurality of validated clinical assessment instruments. The deterministic scoring module computes one or more baseline clinical scores and one or more clinical flags from patient-specific clinical data using deterministic scoring functions. The assignment module assigns the patient to at least one exercise tier, at least one therapy profile, and one or more diagnosis codes based on baseline clinical scores and clinical flags. The risk determination module includes determining a patient's risk classification based on the exercise tier, therapy profile, diagnosis codes, baseline clinical scores, and clinical flags. The care plan generation module includes generating an individualized pelvic floor physical therapy care plan based on the patient's risk classification. The outcome collection module collects longitudinal treatment outcome data generated by the execution of the individualized care plan. The feedback module updates the baseline clinical scores, clinical flags, exercise tier, therapy profile, diagnosis codes, and patient risk classification based on longitudinal treatment outcome data for subsequent care plan generation. Therefore, the system and method enable automated, consistent, and adaptive generation of personalized pelvic floor therapy plans using deterministic clinical logic while continuously improving outcomes through feedback and data-driven insights.
