A wagon includes a chassis, one or more axles with wheels, a flooring surface, first and second side surfaces, and a canopy spanning between the side surfaces. A bathroom area is positioned on the flooring surface and includes an enclosed structure forming an interior with a door, a sink, a toilet, and a shower. A protective layer comprising a waterproof material is applied to an exterior of the enclosed structure. An exhaust fan connected to an exhaust fan vent directs air from inside the enclosed structure to outside the enclosed structure to manage moisture. A water heater is connected to at least the sink and the shower. The wagon further includes a water system, a sewer system, and an electrical system connected to components of the bathroom area.
