The transparent polymer layer contains a polymer compound expressed by Chemical Formula (1) in which X does not include a cyclic structure. In Chemical Formula (1), n is an integer greater than or equal to 1, m is an integer from 1 to 4, and X is straight or branched and includes no functional group or includes at least one of or both of an ether group and an ester group as a functional group.
