The operation apparatus includes a cylinder module connected to the sound absorption and isolation module and configured to move, during operation of the cylinder module, the sound absorption and isolation module toward a side surface of a vehicle entering a roll-and-brake process. The operation apparatus further includes a base having the cylinder module coupled to the base. The operation apparatus further includes a guide coupled to the base and formed to extend in a forward-and-rearward direction of the vehicle so as to guide movement of the base. The operation apparatus further includes a motor configured to provide power for the movement of the base.
