A matter state of the combustible includes at least one of gas, liquid, and solid; the alkali metal element includes one or more of Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, and Fr; and the alkaline earth metal element includes one or more of Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, and Ra.
