/Method For Quantitatively Analyzing Polysulfide In Sample
Abstract

A method for quantitatively analyzing a polysulfide in a sample includes (a) contacting the sample with a tyrosine derivative represented by the following chemical formula: wherein γ is 0 or 1; (b) allowing the tyrosine derivative to bind to a thiol group of the polysulfide to suppress hydrolysis of the polysulfide; and (c) measuring the polysulfide or a derivative thereof after the binding.
