In an aspect, the present disclosure pertains to topical formulations for treatment of hair loss and/or to increase hair growth, the formulation comprising: a therapeutic composition comprising therapeutically effective amounts of azelaic acid, minoxidil, finasteride, and dutasteride; and one or more compounding agents. In a further aspect, the present disclosure pertains to a method of treating hair loss by applying a disclosed topical formulation. In a further aspect, the present disclosure pertains to a method of enhancing hair grow by applying a disclosed topical formulation.
