An electronic device according to an embodiment may include a at least one processor and memory connected electrically to the at least one processor and configured to store instructions. The instructions, when executed by the at least one processor individually or collectively, cause the electronic device to determine, based on user information stored in the memory, a journal category and at least one journal component for generating a user journal; obtain, based on the journal category and the at least one journal component, a user journal format; and generate the user journal in a format corresponding to the user journal format.

What is claimed is:
