Abstract
Disclosed is a chimeric antigen receptor and application thereof. The chimeric antigen receptor comprises an extracellular domain, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular domain connected in sequence; the extracellular domain recognizes and binds to an antigen; the intracellular domain comprises an activation domain, or comprises a costimulatory domain and an activation domain; and relative to a parental intracellular domain, lysines in the costimulatory domain and/or the activation domain are substituted with glycines.
