The first path extracts information from a received radio frequency signal. The second path extracts power from a received radio frequency signal. The switch circuit distributes a received radio frequency signal to the first and second paths. The first substrate is an Si-based semiconductor substrate. The second substrate is a semiconductor substrate containing a compound of group-III and group-V elements. The first path includes a reception module. The second path includes a rectifier circuit. The switch circuit and the reception module are disposed in the first substrate, and the rectifier circuit is disposed in the second substrate.
