Abstract
An optical fiber processing set, includes: an intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon including optical fibers disposed side by side at a first pitch; and a holder including a sandwich portion configured to sandwich the intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon, the holder configured to cause the optical fibers to be disposed at a second pitch different from the first pitch. A length of a non-connecting region of the intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon in a longitudinal direction is larger than a length of the sandwich portion in the longitudinal direction.

What is claimed is:
An optical fiber processing set, includes: an intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon including optical fibers disposed side by side at a first pitch; and a holder including a sandwich portion configured to sandwich the intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon, the holder configured to cause the optical fibers to be disposed at a second pitch different from the first pitch. A length of a non-connecting region of the intermittently connected optical fiber ribbon in a longitudinal direction is larger than a length of the sandwich portion in the longitudinal direction.
