A composition includes tranexamic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a tretinoin-alcoholamine complex or a tretinoin-fatty amine complex. The tretinoin-alcoholamine complex is composed of tretinoin and an alcohol amine compound, and the tretinoin-fatty amine complex is composed of tretinoin and a fatty amine compound.
