Abstract

An encoding device includes circuitry and memory coupled to the circuitry. In operation, the circuitry: obtains a plurality of three-dimensional data generative models; and encodes the plurality of three-dimensional data generative models to generate a bitstream. The plurality of three-dimensional data generative models include a first three-dimensional data generative model corresponding to a first time and a second three-dimensional data generative model corresponding to a second time. The bitstream includes, for each of the plurality of three-dimensional data generative models, representation information that relates to change including motion and is set for a time corresponding to the three-dimensional generative model.

What is claimed is:

An encoding device includes circuitry and memory coupled to the circuitry. In operation, the circuitry: obtains a plurality of three-dimensional data generative models; and encodes the plurality of three-dimensional data generative models to generate a bitstream. The plurality of three-dimensional data generative models include a first three-dimensional data generative model corresponding to a first time and a second three-dimensional data generative model corresponding to a second time.
