The customer's device displays contribution amounts and matched causes in real time. Contributions may be fixed fees or percentages of the purchase amount, may be pooled from multiple providers, and may be associated with donor advised funds. Providers may include financial institutions, payment processors, card networks, merchants, or individuals. An optional integrated digital wallet automatically transmits the customer's charitable preferences to the server at the time of transaction, enabling seamless, preference-driven charitable giving without manual input.
