Abstract

An antenna module includes an antenna substrate, at least one radiation electrode on the antenna substrate, and a radio-frequency circuit module on the antenna substrate, wherein the radio-frequency circuit module has a rectangular shape with first through fourth module side surfaces, the first and second module side surfaces corresponding to the two long sides of the rectangular shape, and wherein the antenna substrate has first through fourth substrate side surfaces, the first substrate side surface being coplanar with or located inward from the first module side surface in plan view, and at least one of the second through fourth substrate side surfaces being in a region that does not overlap the radio-frequency circuit module in plan view.
