Disclosed herein are compositions comprising two or more of GLP-1R agonists. The description contained herein describes methods for promote weight loss, maintain healthy weight, prevent weight gain after ceasing use of the pharmaceutical products, reduce appetite cravings/boost satiety, and manage a healthy appetite by increasing GLP-1 levels in a subject. The compositions described herein may be formulated for oral administration, and in some embodiments, may further comprise enteric or pH-responsive coatings.
