Abstract
The invention relates to a humanized antibody that binds to GDNF family receptor alpha 2 (GFRA2). The antibody may be in a drug conjugated form. The invention also relates to methods of treating or preventing a cancer in a subject by administering to the subject an antibody described herein. Additionally, the invention relates to chimeric antigen receptor T-cells that express an antibody described herein and methods of treating or preventing a cancer in a subject by administering them to the subject.

What is claimed is:
